Job Description
The appointee(s) will be required to (a) assist R&D researchers and personnel in carrying out experiments and development of prototypes; (b) operate laboratory equipment and/or analytical instrument; (c) conduct maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and/or analytical instrument; (d) monitor laboratory operations and housekeeping on a daily basis; (e) keep chemical and equipment inventories; (f) prepare and record reports for inspections and operational needs; (g) work closely with R&D researchers and personnel; and (h) perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirement
Applicants should (a) have a diploma or above in any discipline; (b) have three or more years of relevant work experience, preferably with background knowledge of Textile or Engineering; (c) have good interpersonal skills; and (d) be highly-organized and capable of working under pressure with multi-task assignments.
Preference will be given to those applicants with Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A or Grade B and/or possession of a Certificate of Competency for Boilers and Pressure Vessels Ordinance (Class III) or completion of Electric Boilers Safety course.
