By submitting a Contact Person’s information in this membership application, the applicant warrants to HKRITA that (1) such Contact Person is aged 18 or above; and (2) the applicant has provided the Privacy Policy of HKRITA to such Contact Person and obtained the express consent of such Contact Person to the applicant’s provision of his/her information to HKRITA for HKRITA’s collection, use, disclosure and processing as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

- (Applicable to any applicant who is an individual) The applicant warrants to HKRITA that he/she is aged 18 or above.
- The applicant agrees to provide such supporting documents as HKRITA may reasonably require for the verification of the information provided herein and/or the processing of the membership application.
- (Not applicable to any applicant applying for membership as an Institution Member) The applicant agrees to pay the registration fee as specified above. For the avoidance of doubt, the applicant shall not become a member unless and until the applicable registration fee has been duly received by HKRITA.

The applicant understands and agrees that if the
applicant’s membership application is
successful:
- any registration fee paid by the applicant to HKRITA shall not be refunded; and
- the membership may be terminated by the applicant by giving not less than 14 days' prior written notice to HKRITA.
- If the applicant does not wish to be listed as a member in HKRITA’s website, please contact HKRITA.
- The applicant acknowledges and agrees that HKRITA has the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by written notice to the applicant.
